1. Our Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. We remove or restrict access to content upon receiving valid notices and may suspend repeat infringers.

2. How to Report

Email info@genifystudio.com with:

• Your name, organisation (if any), and contact details.
• Identification of the work claimed infringed.
• URL(s) or precise location(s) on our Service.
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised.
• A statement that the information is accurate and you are the rightsholder or authorised agent.

3. Our Response

We review reports, remove or restrict access where appropriate, and notify the uploader where possible. For repeat infringement, we may suspend or terminate accounts.
