1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using Genify Studios and its associated services, platforms, or applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional legal notices published by us. If you do not agree to these terms in full, you are not authorized to access or use our services.

2. Eligibility

To access or use Genify Studios, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may only use the service with the involvement, supervision, and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms. You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all terms and conditions.

3. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach. Genify Studios will not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Genify Studios only for lawful and authorized purposes. You agree not to:

• Create or generate illegal, hateful, explicit, violent, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or breach any security measures.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any other technology that may harm the platform or users.
• Use bots, automation, scrapers, or reverse-engineering tools on our services.
• Engage in any form of harassment, abuse, bullying, or discrimination.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or organization.
• Use the service for political propaganda, misinformation, or manipulation.
• Exploit the service for commercial gain in violation of our monetization policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform code, UI/UX elements, branding, artwork, trademarks, logos, and underlying software are the sole intellectual property of Genify Studios and protected under international copyright and trademark laws. Users retain ownership of their original prompts and generated content unless explicitly stated otherwise. However, by using our services, you grant Genify Studios a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, display, and distribute your content for service improvement, research, and promotional purposes. Unauthorized commercial use of our property is strictly prohibited.

6. User Content & Moderation

You are fully responsible for any content you generate, submit, or publish via Genify Studios. We do not actively monitor all content but reserve the right to remove or disable access to content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable or harmful. Our moderation system may include automated filters and human review to protect platform integrity and community standards.

7. Payments, Refunds & Subscriptions

Our platform may offer free and paid services, including subscriptions and one-time purchases. By making a payment, you agree to our pricing terms as stated on our website. All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Refunds are issued only where required by law or at our discretion. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Users are responsible for managing their billing preferences.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for continuous uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Genify Studios. We may temporarily or permanently modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service without prior notice for maintenance, updates, legal compliance, or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for delays, disruptions, or losses resulting from third-party services or force majeure events.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Genify Studios and its affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, reputation, or other intangible losses.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Genify Studios and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to your use or misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Genify Studios at any time and without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or acted in a way that harms the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the service will immediately cease, and you may lose access to your account and data.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Genify Studios operates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms
