Refunds & Cancellations

1. One-Time Passes (No Auto-Renew)

Paid passes unlock premium features for a stated duration. Access begins after successful payment confirmation (via Stripe). Passes do not auto-renew.

2. Cooling-Off (UK/EU Consumers)

Under consumer law, you usually have 14 days to cancel. For digital content supplied immediately, you may choose to start now and waive the cooling-off right. At checkout, we ask you to acknowledge that supply begins immediately and you lose the standard cooling-off right once delivery starts. If supply has not started, you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund.

3. Refunds Outside Cooling-Off

We consider refunds for: (a) duplicate purchase; (b) demonstrable technical fault we cannot remedy within a reasonable time; (c) mischarged amounts. To request, contact support with your order ID.

4. Taxes & Invoices

Where applicable, taxes/VAT will be shown at checkout. Receipts/invoices are emailed or accessible in your account. For VAT invoices, provide your billing details.
