By uploading or generating voice/likeness content, you confirm you are the speaker/subject or have their explicit written permission. You will not impersonate or mislead others.

2. Prohibited Uses

• Impersonation for fraud or deception.
• Harassment, abuse, or unlawful activity.
• Political persuasion in restricted contexts; undisclosed deepfakes.
• Any use that infringes privacy, publicity, or data protection laws.

3. Attestations & Checks

We may require on-upload attestations, apply automated/manual checks, use watermarking or provenance features where available, and restrict or remove access upon suspected misuse.
